Since 2015, Mathew Liquor has drawn thousands of walk-in local traffic to its three bottle shops in Australia’s Western Suburbs. However, the entire shop database was still managed separately and manually, reducing staff efficiency and costing the company thousands of dollars every year.

They reach Intelligence4Start in the middle of 2020; when lockdown and restrictions are still in place. Never before did they realise the importance of a well-functioned E-commerce store. Their goal was to successfully transition from a predominantly offline bottle shop to a significant player in the digital space.
